Founding of the Firm:

Michael C. Hildebrandt II founded the Hildebrandt Law Firm in 2008 in order to help others and provide confident legal representation to both businesses and individuals dealing with legal issues from the simple to the complex. It is Attorney Hildebrandt’s goal to treat every client with respect and integrity no matter their financial status and to make sure that every Client has an attorney by their side to ethically and aggressively represent their needs throughout the entire legal process. Mr. Hildebrandt lives his life according to the Proverb “A good name is to be more desired than great wealth” and believes that legal representation should be the same for a small matter as it is for an expensive case. At the Hildebrandt Law Firm, we will fight for all of our Clients to make sure they are put in the best possible legal position and that they are confident in their representation.

Professional Experience:

Attorney Hildebrandt began his legal career as an in-house attorney at Raymond James Financial, a multi-national full service financial services company, handling the company’s complex real estate and contracts matters. Upon leaving Raymond James, Mr. Hildebrandt ran a small real estate investment and title company in South Florida. While at this company, Attorney Hildebrandt realized that he wanted to start his own firm but, in order to do so, he needed to cultivate courtroom experience so he became an Assistant State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit where he gained extensive litigation and trial experience prosecuting both misdemeanor and felony cases. While working in these previous jobs, Mr. Hildebrandt has had to aggressively pursue the interests of the State of Florida in litigation and the rights of companies during the negotiating or writing of any deal and he has shown his ability to soundly represent parties in high level transactions. He has a wealth of contract, negotiating, transactional, and trial experience. All of these experiences allow Attorney Hildebrandt to provide a unique perspective to his client’s situations and have helped the Hildebrandt Law Firm grow into the firm it is today.
